The study assesses nursing interns's perception of role change and identifies challenges faced by them during their curricular internships. Findings highlight high role change perception, yet significant challenges in clinical skills, psychosocial care, and workload management. The study underscores the need for improved strategies to facilitate smoother transitions and enhance the competency of nursing interns, ensuring quality patient care.
