This study aims to examine the correlation between Emotional Intelligence, Work-Life Balance, and Role Efficacy among Nurses from two cancer centres in Mumbai. The sample consisted of a total of 82 nurses. Five-point rating scales on Emotional Intelligence, Roleefficacy, and Work-Life Balance were administered to assess the nurses. Results showed a positive relationship between the overall work-life balance score, nursing role efficacy score, and emotional intelligence score. Work experience affects nurses emotional intelligence.
