The NJI editorial board consists of an Editorial Advisory Board and Peer Reviewers with various nursing specialties. Their valuable contributions play a crucial role in upholding the quality, integrity, and content of the journal's publications.
The Editorial Advisory Board (EAB) holds regular meetings to ensure that the journal consistently implements improvements. The editorial team is committed to upholding the highest editorial standards and ensuring they are never compromised.
The NJI editorial board strictly adheres to a set of guidelines designed to ensure that all editors functions under the same principles. NJI is dedicated to maintain an efficient and confidential editing and peer review process. The Editorial Board is committed to respond promptly to manuscript submissions, minimizing delays from submission to publication.
NJI Editorial Board adheres to the following ethics while evaluating manuscripts:
NJI aims to uphold the credibility and integrity of open access journals while ensuring content quality and relevance to readers. Each member will ensure timely completion of assigned editorial tasks and adhere to a rigorous peer review process.
The Editorial Board has complete discretion over the manuscript review process and published content, with no interference in their final decisions.
Furthermore, the Editorial Board is committed to maintaining high ethical standards in research and will protect copyright and confidential information and the decisions made by the NJI Editorial Board will not be influenced by external factors such as an author's origin, nationality, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or political views.
The evaluation will solely focus on the validity and quality of the content presented.
