Sleep disturbances are highly prevalent among individuals undergoing cancer treatment and significantly compromise overall quality of life, immune competence, and response to therapy. These disruptions often stem from pain, anxiety, treatmentrelated side effects, and hospital-related environmental factors. Consequently, identifying safe, cost-effective, and non-pharmacological interventions has become a clinical priority in oncology care. Warm foot bath therapy has emerged as a promising complementary strategy, promoting relaxation, enhancing peripheral circulation, and facilitating improved sleep quality through a simple, non-invasive, and holistic approach. A quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test control group research design was adopted to conduct the study at Pithamah Cancer Care Center and Pi Health Cancer Care, Nizamabad. Data was collected using Athens Sleep Questionnaire (ASQ). The intervention group was given warm water foot bath for 15 minutes 2 times daily for 5 consecutive days. The control group received hospital routine. Warm water foot bath showed a significant difference in the level of sleep (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in control group. This study showed that the warm water foot bath was effective in improving the sleep among patients with cancer.
